"How to lose weight?



I recently noticed that there is a number of the majority here who have the problem of weight gaining continuously which becomes the reason for many problems in the body in the future. Some people take stress and tension which cause many disorder in the body, by taking tension our brain fluids are shuffled, then they make a disturbance in the body organs and they may build extra fats in the body and may destroy hemoglobin cells within the body which cause obesity.



According to research, people who have obesity problems having low IQ level, high aggression level, sleepy any time, having no interest in doing their own works. So it is suggested that we should maintain our weight according to our body diameter.
I suggest that you should all of you go for a morning walk, and also do some exercise too. You should eat healthy and fresh food. You should eat as more green vegetables and citrus fruits as more as possible.
A person who eats healthy and fresh food is comparatively healthy than those who take oil-cooked food because of oily food cause obesity. An unhealthy person pays less attention rather than the person taking healthy and fresh food, that person is intelligent and pay great attention to every aspect of work.



Now
I suggest all of you some methods by which we lose or maintain our body fat and metabolism;
we should have a proper and healthy diet firstly.
we should not eat a deep oil-cooked meal.
we should eat more vegetables and grains.
we should drink 8 to 12 glasses of water in a day.
These 4 things help you to maintain body metabolism.



Now,
 I tell you how you lose our weight;
.You should drink water in the morning before 50 minutes of breakfast, then you take a cup of tea with 3 white boiled eggs, you may also take cereals in breakfast.
.At 11am you will take some fruit or vegetables or fresh juice or shake.
.At 2pm you take half chapati with cooked grains or vegetables and also eat a salad of uncooked vegetables like cucumber, carrot, radish, beetroot, onion, and tomatoes.
.At 8pm you would eat chapati with cooked grains or vegetables, and before sleeping take a glass of milk.

CONCLUSION:
A healthy body has a healthy mind. so we should take care of our health by maintaining
our weight.
